Your 7-day free trial includes every feature of the plan you pick, 30 minutes of live calls, a temporary phone number (or forward your existing one) and the same dashboard paying customers use. No credit card is required to start, and you can switch plans during the trial.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged unless you add a card. Add one at any point during the trial to start your plan right away, with full minutes and a permanent number. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends on day 8 with no invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my minutes?
We email and text you when you reach 80% of your monthly minutes. Once they are used up, your receptionist stops answering new calls until your next billing cycle, unless you have Booster Pack minutes. A Booster Pack adds minutes to any plan at $0.25 per minute. They never expire and are used automatically after your plan minutes are gone. You can also upgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard.
Do you offer annual billing?
