Affiliate Program Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Applications are reviewed and may be approved or declined at our sole discretion, for any lawful reason.

Participation is free. There are no fees, minimum traffic requirements, or sales quotas. You are responsible for keeping your account and payout information accurate and up to date.

On approval you receive a unique referral link. Referrals are tracked by our affiliate platform, Endorsely, using a first-party browser cookie.

• Attribution window: a visitor who clicks your referral link is attributed to you for 60 days from the click.
• Attribution is last-click. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent click within the attribution window receives credit.
• Tracking depends on the visitor’s browser and settings. We cannot guarantee every referral will be tracked, and we are not liable for referrals lost to cookie deletion, ad blockers, privacy tools, or use of a different browser or device.

You earn 20% of the net subscription revenue we actually receive from each customer you refer, for the life of that customer’s subscription — for as long as they remain a paying subscriber.

New customers receive a free trial. No commission accrues during a trial; commission begins with the customer’s first successful payment.

• Commission applies to subscription payments only. One-time purchases — such as minute booster packs or other add-ons — do not earn commission.
• Commission is calculated on amounts actually received, excluding taxes, transaction and payment-processing fees, discounts, credits, and promotional adjustments.
• Commission on a referred customer continues for the life of that customer’s subscription, unless your participation is terminated for cause (see Termination).
• We may change commission rates or Program structure on 30 days’ notice. Changes apply only to customers referred after the change takes effect — customers you already referred stay at the rate in effect when they signed up, for the life of their subscription.

Commission follows the payments we actually keep.

• If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not collected, the corresponding commission is reversed and deducted from your balance.
• If a customer cancels, commission ceases at the end of their paid period.
• Commission on fraudulent, invalid, or disputed transactions will be reversed. A negative balance is offset against future commission.

Commission is tracked in Endorsely and paid out by the method we make available (for example, PayPal or bank transfer). You must provide valid, accurate payout details before any payment can be issued.

The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following payout period. If your participation ends (other than for cause), we pay out your full remaining balance regardless of the threshold.

Commission is held for 30 days after the underlying customer payment so that refunds and chargebacks can settle before payout.

Any fees incurred in transferring your commission to you — including payment-processor fees, bank, wire, or intermediary-bank charges, and currency-conversion costs — are your responsibility and may be deducted from the amount you receive.

You are solely responsible for all taxes on amounts you receive. You are not our employee and no taxes are withheld on your behalf. You may be required to provide tax documentation before we can pay you.

You may not:

• Refer yourself, or sign up through your own referral link, whether directly or through a household member, a business you control, or an intermediary.
• Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages (spam), or promote the Program in any way that violates applicable law, including anti-spam and advertising-disclosure laws.
• Bid on our brand terms, trademarks, or common misspellings in paid search, or use our name in a display URL or ad domain.
• Misrepresent the product, invent features, guarantee outcomes, quote prices we do not offer, or imply certifications or compliance we do not hold.
• Impersonate AI Receptionist, or imply you are an employee, agent, or official representative of the Company.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, redirects, malware, adware, typosquatting, or any technique that generates clicks or attributions without genuine user intent.
• Post your referral link on coupon, deal, cashback, or discount-code sites without our prior written permission.
• Promote us on sites containing illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content, or that infringe third-party rights.
• Buy or generate traffic through bots, click farms, or incentivized click schemes.
• Share, sell, or sub-license your referral link to a network of sub-affiliates, or otherwise re-broker the Program, without our prior written permission.

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote us, as required by applicable law — including the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our name and approved marketing materials solely to promote us under these terms.

• You may not modify our marks or logos.
• You may not register any domain, social account, or business name containing our marks or confusingly similar variations.
• You may not use our marks in a way that suggests ownership, partnership, or endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.
• This license ends automatically when your participation ends, at which point you must remove our marks and referral links from your properties.

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship. You have no authority to make representations, commitments, or agreements on our behalf.

Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

• On termination you must stop using our marks and remove your referral links. New referrals are no longer attributed to you.
• If we terminate for cause — breach of these terms or fraudulent or abusive activity — commission accrual stops immediately and we may withhold or forfeit unpaid commission.
• Otherwise — if you leave the Program, or we end your participation without cause — commission on customers you already referred continues to accrue for the life of their subscriptions, and everything you have earned will be paid, including balances below the minimum payout threshold (which we may pay manually outside the normal payout schedule).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to active affiliates, and continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Modifying or discontinuing the Program does not affect commission on customers you have already referred — that commission continues per the Commission and Termination sections above.

The Program is provided "as is". We make no guarantee of any level of traffic, conversions, or earnings. Any figures or examples we publish are illustrative only and are not a promise of results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the total commission paid or payable to you in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your promotional activities, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Each party will comply with applicable data protection laws. You must not collect, store, or process personal data of referred users on our behalf, and must not represent that you do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program is the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

• Program records: Endorsely’s tracking and commission records are the system of record for the Program and are final absent manifest error.
• Assignment: you may not assign or transfer your participation or rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Notices: we may give notice by email to the address registered with your affiliate account; you may give notice by email to the contact address above. Notice is effective when sent.
• Compliance: we may decline, suspend, or terminate participation, or withhold payouts, where required by applicable law — including sanctions, export-control, and anti-money-laundering laws.
• Survival: provisions that by their nature should survive — including accrued payment obligations, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive the end of your participation.

These terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy with respect to the Program, these Affiliate Terms control. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
