Questions Agents Ask
Can the AI receptionist answer questions about my listings?
Yes, from the listing details you give it. On every plan you can add each listing as a text entry (price, beds and baths, square footage, HOA, open house times). From the Starter plan you can also upload listing sheets as PDFs or spreadsheets, or add a listing's web page by its URL, one entry per page. When a price changes, edit the entry or press refresh on the URL; new material is used on calls within 30 minutes.
Can it book showings and listing appointments?
Yes. It books into your Google Calendar following your rules: how long a showing takes, the buffer between appointments, and how much notice you need. It does not connect to MLS showing-management services, so lockbox or seller-approval steps stay with you.
What happens when a serious buyer or seller wants to talk to me now?
Warm Transfer texts you the caller's name and reason for calling, and you can read the live transcript. You accept or decline. If you decline or don't respond, the AI takes a message. On Starter and above, a post-call action can also text you a lead alert as soon as the call ends.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Forward your existing cell or office number to your AI receptionist with your carrier's call forwarding code, or forward only the calls you miss. Nothing is ported. You can also get a new number to put on a yard sign or a listing ad.
Does it connect to my real estate CRM?
Not yet. Every call's transcript and summary are in your dashboard and in your notifications, so you can copy a lead into your CRM. A Zapier connection is on our coming-soon list.
How is this different from a human real estate answering service?
A human answering service bills per call or per minute at a higher rate and takes messages from a script.
